At 39, Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ Abs Glow In A No-Makeup, Poolside Bikini Selfie

Priyanka Chopra treated Instagram to a behind-the-scenes view of her self-care pool day, and it looked like heaven on earth. the quantum actress was simply glowing as she spent a little quiet time in the water.

“When u get a few unexpected hours of self care💆♀️❤️” she wrote in the caption of the post, which included some make-up free videos of the star as she lazed around in the water. Priyanka and her husband Nick Jonas recently welcomed a new daughter, Malti Marie. And I have to say, motherhood looks good on you, girl!

I was not the only one to notice Priyanka’s fabulous fresh face. Fans quickly hopped in the comments to hype Priyanka up. “Wow😍🔥🔥🔥🔥🙌😍,” wrote one person. “❤️ this woman just doesn’t age. Her skin is glowing. Pure perfection 😍,” another added. For real though!

Priyanka also showed fans a hazy shot of her reflection in her bikini, and might I say, Mrs. Chopra Jonas is looking fit.

So how does she stay so toned and luminous? Lucky for all of us, Priyanka has shared some of her secrets with her.

First of all, she says she has no interest in overdoing it with her workouts.

“You don’t have to kill yourself in the gym,” she previously told . “You don’t have to starve yourself. I love having my pizzas and burgers and buffalo wings, on the side, for sure. But I like staying fit as well.”

When she does hit the gym, she told she likes to jump rope.

“I learned it really, really well in school,” she said. “I try to get my cardio in my skipping. It’s easy to carry, you have your skipping rope in your bag, it’s easy to do.”

She is also a fan of getting in her workouts whenever and wherever she can, which I love. “I try to be active in everyday life—I take the stairs instead of the elevators or walk instead of driving,” she told . And with a new baby around, time is probably tight for Priyanka, so staying active in easy ways is huge.

As for that glowing skin, she has a few tips to share with the class. Number one: sunscreen!

“I like to use the Obagi Pro-C Suncare sunblock. People don’t realize that every skin type needs sunblock or sun protection,” she told “This one doesn’t get ashy at all because it has a matte finish. It works beautifully under makeup.”

Priyanka also shared a little recipe she uses on her skin that I am definitely going to have to try. It’s a mask called ubtan. “It’s basically yogurt, little lemon, a pinch of turmeric powder, and flour. You put it on your body and scrub it off like an exfoliant,” she told WH.

“Lighter skin should be careful because turmeric can stain your skin, but I’ve always found it very healing, especially after a day in the sun,” she added. “I also love a coconut oil head massage. It’s very very Indian! And works so well. It keeps the circulation on your scalp going and it’s relaxing and then you just wash it off.”

She also drinks a LOT of water. “I make sure I keep my water bottle with me all the time and I always have to refill it. As soon as I finish it, I like top it off again. I feel like what you put inside your body reflects in what you see outside: How you eat, how much rest you can get, how much water you drink. Drink water every day! It’s the elixir of life.”
